- Booking, enrolment, attendance, and payment history.
- Messages, feedback, and notes you share with our instructors.
- Technical information such as your IP address, device identifier, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website.

- Provide, schedule, and administer training sessions and classes.
- Communicate with you about bookings, class updates, reminders, and feedback.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems.

We only disclose your personal information where necessary to provide our services, or where required by law. This may include disclosure to:
- Our trainers and instructors who need the information to run your sessions safely.
- Our technology service providers (hosting, authentication, email delivery, payments).
